Step by step
- 1Create a 1001SMS account and top up your balance.
- 2Choose the service from the list, or "Other" if your app is not there.

Security rules worth following
- Bind an email or a second login method to the account once it is created.
- Finish setup on the same device you registered with.
- Do not use temporary numbers for payment accounts you rely on.
Activation or rental
An activation is one number for one code, reserved for 20 minutes. A rental keeps the same number for a set period and receives every SMS sent to it. China is not in the rental catalogue yet; each order covers one code.
If you need a number you can keep, rentals are currently available in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Mexico, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. A rented number in one of those countries can stand in for repeat logins.
Paying and getting help
One USD balance pays for temporary numbers, rentals and eSIM data. You can top up with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay or cryptocurrency, and you are charged only when a code is delivered. Support answers on Telegram and by email around the clock.
