Refund Policy for Account Funding

Card Payments: We offer refunds for credit/debit card deposits under specific conditions:

The refund request is made within 7 days of the deposit.
You have NOT spent any funds from the deposit (no transactions made).
If you have made ANY transaction (purchased a number, etc.) after the deposit, the entire deposit becomes non-refundable.

Cryptocurrency: All cryptocurrency deposits are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.

To request a refund for an eligible card payment, please contact our support team. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

EU Consumer Rights & Withdrawal Waiver

Digital Service Acknowledgment

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you acknowledge that our services (virtual numbers and SMS verification) are digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium.

By adding funds to your account or purchasing a number, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal from the contract.

SMS Service Refund Policy

Dashboard Refunds for Failed SMS

Refunds are ONLY available through your dashboard when an SMS message is not received. If you request a phone number and do not receive the expected SMS within the allocated time frame, you may request a refund directly from your dashboard.

Refunds for failed SMS deliveries are processed as account credits back to your account balance, not as refunds to your original payment method.

No Refunds For

Successfully received SMS messages
Numbers that were successfully rented and activated
Account funding or account balance top-ups
Unused account credits or balances
User errors, including incorrect number selection
Third-party service issues or platform restrictions

Refund Processing

Refunds for failed SMS deliveries are processed as account credits within 24 hours of approval. These credits are added back to your account balance and can be used for future SMS services.

Note: Refunds are NOT processed to your original payment method. All refunds are in the form of account credits.
